RecycleForce invites the community, supporters, and those interested in their mission to join them in commemorating Veterans Day while celebrating the achievements of their new facility. The new facility will allow RecycleForce to double its capacity, recycling 12 million pounds of electronic waste per year while providing transitional employment, training, and support services to 600 individuals annually as they reenter the community from incarceration. Perhaps most importantly, by owning the facility and establishing a permanent home at Sherman Park, RecycleForce will ensure lasting hope and opportunity for those who need it most, leading to a safer and cleaner community for all.
About RecycleForce: RecycleForce is a 501(c)3 that is committed to reducing crime through employment and job training, while improving the environment through electronics recycling. Since 2006, RecycleForce has safely recycled more than 65 million pounds of electronic waste while providing job training to thousands of returning citizens.
