For individuals like Mr. Anderson who have served time for serious felonies that often preclude their ability to find immediate work with other employers, prompt employment and on-the-job, industry training at RecycleForce has proven to be incredibly valuable.

As solar energy use continues to expand, the need for responsible recycling of solar panels is becoming critical. RecycleForce is leading the way by providing a sustainable, secure, and socially impactful solution for solar panel end-of-life management.

Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness carry the greatest weight. For one man taking his first steps toward rebuilding his life after incarceration, that act came in the form of a pair of shoes.

The bipartisan bill legally defines Employment Social Enterprises (ESEs) in Indiana, creating a pathway for more nonprofits to adopt this model that creates jobs for Hoosiers with significant barriers to employment.

RecycleForce, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing employment and training opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals, is hosting a special Veteran’s Day Open House on Friday, November 10, 2023. The event will take place at their new facility located at 816 N Sherman Drive in Indianapolis from 11am – 1pm and is open to the public.

The saying goes, “Good things come to those who wait.” For RecycleForce, a two-year wait is almost over as we look forward to finishing moving into our newly constructed forever home at 816 N. Sherman Drive. We’ll be moving into our new 126,000-square-foot facility in October, and we can’t wait to see how this expands and improves our electronics recycling and life-changing program.

As the cold weather is finally giving way to May warmth, there is one thing that every Hoosier relates to: the Indianapolis 500. More than 300,000 people will fill the IMS on Sunday, May 28th to watch 33 cars race for the most prestigious trophy in auto racing. As they look down the straightaway to the start/finish line, they will see a recently refurbished scoring pylon, but they may not know the role RecycleForce played in this project.

These are things that consumers often throw away in the trash when they break or buy new ones, even things like curling irons and Christmas lights. These items should not go in the trash but should instead be in the recycling streams.
